Our simple and refined process takes the stress out of designing your home. Once engaged, our service will start with an initial consultation at the property to establish the opportunities available for the spaces, with consideration to budget and brief. Our experienced team will then begin to develop a customised scheme that perfectly reflects your personality and lifestyle. We will then invite you into our Hartlepool showroom where our team will present our vision for the project together with an itemised breakdown of costs. During this presentation we can look at any alterations you may like to make to the scheme and discuss next steps.

STANDARD DESIGN PACKAGE - £175.00 per room (additional rooms charged at £100 per room)
Our standard design package includes the essential services required to create a stunning interior space.
What's Included:
- Initial Consultation at the property or in store if preferred (up to 60 minutes).
- Concept design proposal (single room), consisting of an A4 digital moodboard and a detailed product specification list.
- Order of specified products and delivery to the property (within TS2 postcodes), deliveries outside these areas are charged at an additional rate.
You'll also receive a 10% discount off the first £1000 product spend in store.
PREMIUM DESIGN PACKAGE - £295.00 per room (additional rooms charged at £200 per room)
The premium design package takes all the elements of our standard package with the additional benefits of measured floor plans allowing space planning considerations and placement of products in home. This package is perfect to help realise the full potential of a given space.
What's Included:
- Initial Consultation at the property or in store if preferred (up to 90 minutes).
- Measured Survey of the space.
- Preparation of floor plan.
- Concept design proposal (single room), consisting of an A4 digital moodboard, proposed floor plan and a detailed product specification list.
- Order of specified products, delivery, and placement at the property (within TS2 postcodes), deliveries outside these areas are charged at an additional rate.
You'll also receive a 10% Discount off the first £1500 product spend in store.
3D visualisations available at an additional charge of £100 per room.
VIP DESIGN PACKAGE - £495.00 per room (additional rooms charged at £350 per room)
The VIP design package allows you to sit back and relax, as our team will arrange everything right down to the full installation of your completed design, including the coordination and engagement of relevant trades as required. Where a project might benefit from structural alterations in terms of room layouts, our sister company SJR Architectural & Interior Designers can be brought on board to assist as necessary.
What's Included:
- Initial Consultation at the property or in store if preferred (up to 90 minutes).
- Measured Survey of the space.
- Preparation of floor plan.
- Concept design proposal (single room), consisting of an A3 sample board / moodboard, proposed floor plan and a detailed product specification list.
- 3D Room Visualisation.
- Arranging Decorators, installation of light fittings and coordinating flooring installations.
- Order of specified products and installation and placement at the property (within TS2 postcodes), deliveries outside these areas are charged at an additional rate.
